structures that can be built straightforwardly and within a realistic budget. We
provide alternative ideas where a complex situation arises.Naturally we take local authority guidelines and policies into consideration and
should we feel your proposals might not be received favourably we consider
pre-application meetings with your planning officer at your council office to
discuss the way forward.
During the weeks following the submission of your planning application we liaise
with the planning department as your agent to process your proposals. We address
any issues that may affect a positive outcome after the initial consultation
period. Once Planning Permission is granted we assist with structural details to
satisfy local authority Building Regulations and offer our assistance to you in
preparing a finishing specification to enable you to tender for quotations.
We are specialists in
extension and renovation work particularly in the domestic market place. Within
our experienced team we have on-site supervisors to oversee progress and ensure
continuity including liaison with the client. |

your enquiry and after our initial consultation, which is free of charge, we
carry out a survey of your property and prepare a draft presentation of the
proposals for your consideration. |
